Kathleen Troost-Cramer earned her Ph.D. in biblical studies from Boston University’s School of Theology in May, 2016. Her dissertation, “Jesus as Means and Locus of Worship in the Fourth Gospel,” explored on the themes of temple and sacrifice in the Gospel of John. She has taught Bible and religion courses at the college and high school levels, and has published two books (neither of which has anything to do with religion): True Tales of Life & Death at Fort Adams (2013) and Fort Adams: A History (2014, in conjunction with John T. Duchesneau), both published by the History Press. Kathleen serves as a lector in her Catholic parish and is a Lay Dominican novice.
